As an option, the services of a clinical nutritionist are employed to provide individual nutritional analysis and coaching support.

Power Vision: Put the Power of Your Personality to Work

If you don't understand yourself, how can you possibly relate to other people? This workout introduces a powerful self-awareness tool that enables you to discover why you think and behave the way you do. You learn how to best put your natural preferences into practical use when working with others. You also learn how to understand and appreciate their differences. Finally, you develop strategies to maximize your strengths and enhance areas where personal improvements are desired to enhance your business and personal relationships.

Power Focus: Condition Your Mind for High Performance

Did you realize the mind works as a super-computer processing input and output on a continual basis? By understanding how it processes information, you can better control your thoughts, react more positively and maintain a high performance state of mind.

In this workout, you will discover the secrets of motivation, how to prevent procrastination, ways to change how you feel in an instant and how you can control your responses to seemingly negative situations. You will engage in an exercise to clarify the values and beliefs that drive your decision-making process. This workout guides you through a process of clarifying what you want, why you want it and how to get it.
