In this kick-off session, participants begin their workout by
assessing their power quotient and setting expectations
and desired outcomes. In an interactive session, participants
are provided with simple nutritional, lifestyle and rejuvenation
techniques that will enable them to quickly achieve greater balance,
energy and resilience. As an option, the services of a clinical
nutritionist are employed to provide individual nutritional analysis
and coaching support.

Vision: Put the Power of Your Personality to Work
If you don't understand yourself, how can you possibly relate
to other people? This workout introduces a powerful self-awareness
tool that enables you to discover why you think and behave the
way you do. You learn how to best put your natural preferences
into practical use when working with others. You also learn how
to understand and appreciate their differences. Finally, you develop
strategies to maximize your strengths and enhance areas where
personal improvements are desired to enhance your business and
personal relationships.

Focus: Condition Your Mind for High Performance
Did you realize the mind works as a super-computer processing
input and output on a continual basis? By understanding how it
processes information, you can better control your thoughts, react
more positively and maintain a high performance state of mind.
In
this workout, you will discover the secrets of motivation, how
to prevent procrastination, ways to change how you feel in an
instant and how you can control your responses to seemingly negative
situations. You will engage in an exercise to clarify the values
and beliefs that drive your decision-making process. With these
insights, you can better manage your day even when dealing
with difficult people or explosive situations.

Moves: Create Your Future Now
Many people daydream of a reality different from the one they're
in. But when asked, "What do you want?", a common answer
is "I don't know."
This
workout guides you through a process of clarifying what you want,
why you want it and how to get it. Perhaps you dream of advancement
or learning a new skill using a step-by-step approach,
you will set a course toward achievement. The good news is that
once you work through the process in the session, you will find
achievement is much easier and will likely come more quickly.

Up: Find Passion and Purpose at Work
