Program format.

The topics may be flexibly configured from motivational keynote presentations to "lunch-n-learn" sessions to one- or two-day workshops, tailored specifically for the client's needs. Workshops may be conducted in modules over an extended period of time where day-long sessions are not possible or practical. Multiple topics may also be combined to create a comprehensive team building or leadership development experience, such as THE GYM FOR INTELLECTUAL FITNESS: A Cross-Training Program on High Performance.

Program tailoring.

Recognizing a "one size fits all" approach does not work, programs are tailored to the specific needs of the client. They are aligned to the achievement of specific objectives based on real value defined by the client, and metrics are established to track, measure and communicate value delivered.

Coaching and reinforcement services.

To increase the impact and return-on-investment, programs are support by optional coaching and reinforcement services. To ensure new skills are adopted and put into daily practice, coaching sessions are designed to reinforce key messages, continue the skill-building and transfer the capability to the individual or team. Coaching and reinforcement services are available on an individual or group basis.

Each program is delivered with a performance guarantee that assures client standards for quality and satisfaction are met. Should any program not meet expectations, the client may choose a full refund or re-training at no additional investment.
